On-line orders via secure ordering, Phone Orders, Fax/Mail Orders.

The order process uses the familiar basket/view basket process found on other E-commerce websites. Below are steps that are used on the Crystalline Web site:

• Choose products
• Click - "Add to basket"
• Once you have seletected all you wish to purchase
• Click "View basket"
• Logon or register as a new client
• Click "Continue"
• Change Delivery address if required
• Click "Continue"
• Confirm all details
• Click "Continue"
• Select Credit card or Paypal
• Click Continue"
• If you choose Paypal you do not have to have a Paypal account, however still pay with Credit Card
• If you choose "Ccredit card" a secure link will be used to transfer credit card details to Crystalline. Once the order is confirm Crystalllie will use these deatils to process payments.

On-line orders, via secure ordering:

Payment options for on-line orders are:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• Cash On Delivery (COD) - Australia only.

Cash On Delivery orders are paid for at your local Post Office. They will deliver a card to you, to advise that a COD parcel is waiting for collection. You will then collect at the post office and pay Aust Post (who will give you a receipt), and sign their register. COD delivery option incurs a higher delivery fee than for pre-paid orders; approx. $9. This amount will be added in the COD order process. For COD Courier delivery, please phone phone during business hours, to arrange.

Mail Post or Fax

Including all the above payment methods. Cheque or Postal Money Order is also acceptable. Once you click "add to cart' is complete an Order Page will be displayed. Confirm the delivery address You can fill out the Order Page and then print the order page. The order page will be automaticlay emailed to Crystalline. Our address and banking instructions are displayed on the order page.

Note: Clicking the 'Buy Now' button does not mean you have made a commitment yet. Open a 'Buy Now' button, just to see the order process if you like. By clicking on that item to buy now, and then your postcode, you can see the delivery cost for that particular item. (And then just go back or close the page; discontinue completion of the order).
