All our Water Purifiers have a one year warranty against defects in manufacture and workmanship.  
If you take care of your Water Purifier, following the operating instructions, and replac filters regularly, you can expect years of trouble free operation. We have customers who have had their purifier for over 15 years, with no repairs or service!

Should a defect become evident in the warranty period, simply return your Purifier, with a copy of proof of purchase (invoice receipt), in the original packaging, if available. In some cases, 

Before returning the product to Crystalline, please contact us to arrange a Return ID Number. Without this ID number, we cannot process the warranty claim. This also allows for fast, smooth attention to your claim.

Once a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace your Water Purifier, promptly.
