All our Water Purifiers have a minimum of one year warranty against defects in manufacture and workmanship. Some items have a longer Warranty offered.
If you take care of your Water Purifier, following operating instructions, and replacing filters regularly, you can expect years of trouble free operation. We have customers who have had their purifier for over 15 years, with no repairs or service!
Should a defect become evident in the warranty period, simply return your Purifier, with a copy of proof of purchase (invoice receipt), in the original packaging, if available. In some cases, Crystalline can arrange for pickup/delivery for you, if preferred.
Before returning the product to Crystalline, please contact us to arrange a Return ID Number. Without this ID number, we cannot process the warranty claim. This also allows for fast, smooth attention to your claim. Once a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace your Water Purifier, promptly.
